Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi practice stretches and strengthens the body to improve balance and coordination. It helps clear the mind and gently works to release physical tension through movement and breath.

What will I learn?

Classes will guide you through a relaxing warm-up including Qi Gong exercises, to expand and stretch your body and release any built up tension. You will then practice a Tai Chi pattern called Suang Yang which you will be guided through both individually and as a group.

Community

Practice Tai Chi with people from your local community. Tai Chi classes provide space for individual focus in a supportive and friendly group.
